First Haircut.

It only took fourteen months for Gabriel's hair to grow long enough for a haircut. I decided that I wanted him to have the full experience. We considered letting Manuel cut it, but I was not ready for him to be bald if daddy made a mistake. There is a children's salon by our house. It was cool because he got to sit in an electric jeep as the chair. He got a picture and certificate for his first cut also. They are also nice enough to save the first lock cut. it is already in his baby book. I completely forgot about keeping his first unlock, until my neighbor reminded me of it. He did really good. He only fussed when he slipped in the jeep. He was trying to reach for the toy they gave him. We were so proud of him, and I took like fifty pictures. His hair looks just like Manuel's, nad acts just like daddy's. It does not do anything, but stay flat.

We went to Spring to spend the weekend with the family for Noah's second birthday. It was nice to see everyone, but apparently Gabriel was still contagious. He had had a nasty stomach virus. It was like the plague. It got everyone within a five yard radius of him . I ended up staying longer in Spring than I had expected to help take care of everyone. Unfortunately it hit Sebastian and Noah the worst. The boys had a lot of fun playing together once they started to feel better. It was really good for Gabriel to be around his cousins. He was able to pick up things from them. One good thing he learned was to drink from a sippie cup, the bad thing is that he learned to pout. All in all it was a great visit.

I started school again, so he is getting to spend a lot of time with his grandparents. When I pulled up yesterday he was sitting on the porch in the stroller with the puppy, while grandpa Angel was watering the yard. Afterwards the three of them went for a walk. It is so adorable how close they are, I love it. I am very blessed to be apart of the Angel family. If it was not for them I would not be able to finish school.

He is starting to talk a lot more. I wish it was coherent, but I think I can wait for that. He does spend a lot of time banging on the door talking to the dogs. We think he said Kaiya today. It is very exciting to see how much he is developing. He doe snot look like a baby anymore. He will not let us hold him too long. He is on the move. When we were at Sarah and Derek's house he learned to get up and down the stairs. He also leaned how to pout when he is getting in trouble. He had a great time with his cousins. I know he misses having them around. it was nice to see him playing with other kids. Noah also liked having someone to look after like Sebastian did to him.

Sebastian really wanted a picture of Lightening McQueen
